NASA plans to help create a Tractor Beam. A start up company called Arx Pax is expecting to utilize hover engine technology to create a tractor beam using by using micro-satellites. Last year, the company debuted their near 90 pound hover board. The Magnetic Field Architecture technology (or MFA) has proved itself for magnetic levitation capabilities.
